Do I have to buy an annual subscription?
No, we offer a quarterly subscription plan as well. If you sign up for a single user annual or multi-user annual billing we offer a 10% and 25% discount respectively.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
How long am I committed for?
Your subscription and account remains active on the same frequency as your billing cycle. So if you’ve signed up for a quarterly plan, then you are only committed on a per quarter basis.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer flexible subscription options therefore we do not offer refunds.
Can I pay via invoice?
Yes, if you sign up for an annual subscription, we can invoice you annually.
Do you have a Service-Level Agreements (SLA)?
Yes, we offer a standard SLA if you are on the Multi-user or Enterprise plan. Please contact us for details.
How is the payment being processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used in products such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.
What happens if my payment fails? E.g. an expired credit card.
Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 4 times within the next month. After this, if the payment did not succeed, your plan will be canceled.
