  • What does self-serve mean?

    By choosing a self-serve plan, you’re in complete control. You log in when you want, access the data and insights you need, and complete your own research. Of course, we’re always available to help via video training, email, and live chat depending on which plan you selected.

    If you need a little more hand-holding or have very specific needs, you should choose our Enterprise plan. It’s a fully customizable offering with many add-ons including intelligence briefings, more data sources and categories, support from our Researchers, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
  • Do I have to buy an annual subscription?

    Yes, we do not offer monthly or quarterly subscriptions.
  • Can I change my payment method?
    -
    Yes, you can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    -
    We offer flexible subscription options therefore we do not offer refunds.
  • Can I pay via invoice?
    -
    Yes, if you subscribe to our Enterprise plan.
  • Do you have a Service-Level Agreements (SLA)?
    -
    Yes, we offer a standard SLA if you are on our Enterprise plan. Please Contact Sales for details.
  • How is the payment being processed?
    -
    We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used in products such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
  • What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
    -
    When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time your plan will be downgraded to our Free tier.
  • What happens if my payment fails, e.g. an expired credit card?
    -
    Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 4 times within the next month. After this, if the payment did not succeed, your plan will be canceled.
